Board Members
The Board of Directors is the legal authority for the MacPhee Centre for Creative Learning. Board Members act in a position of trust for the community and are responsible for the effective governance of the organization. The Board is also an administrative governing board, which means that in addition to providing the standard policy-making governance of most boards, it may implement some of the policies and plans itself.
Board Members are elected by the existing membership at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). A call for new members usually proceeds the AGM.
