Executive Director

Diana joined the MacPhee Centre in 2021 and has since had the joy of growing with the organization—becoming Program Director in 2023 and now serving as Executive Director. The MacPhee Centre feels like the culmination of all her passions: art and education, wellness and community development, and supporting youth as they discover their own creativity, confidence and brilliance.

Her work blends everything from finance and fundraising to leadership and the joy of connecting directly with youth.  Whether she’s sharing the MacPhee story in the community or creating space for young people to explore their creativity, Diana’s focus is always on building and nurturing relationships that allow everyone to grow together.

With a background in art and science education, community development, wellness, and youth engagement, Diana believes deeply that art can change – and save – lives. It connects people to themselves, to others, and to the present moment. It offers courage, confidence, healing, and joy. That belief is what drives her every day at the MacPhee Centre.

Outside of work, Diana can usually be found outdoors; swimming, kayaking, hiking or running through all the seasons!  And if she needs to stay inside, she’ll be painting, playing piano so that she can sing along, reading or cooking something from scratch.  But you’ll still find her laughing in lakes in the middle of winter.
