Ian is a strategic coach and facilitator based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, working with mission-driven organizations across Atlantic Canada.

Born and raised in Cape Breton, Ian grew up understanding the value of hard work and community. After years spent learning, teaching, and leading around the world, he returned home to raise his family and help build a stronger future here.

For over a decade, Ian has helped nonprofits, small businesses, and professional service firms improve how they work. His approach combines strategy, facilitation, and coaching to help teams get aligned, stay focused, and deliver meaningful results. He believes the potential is already in people—he helps create the structure and clarity that brings it to life.

When Ian isn’t working, you’ll probably find him in the garden with his kids, raising chickens, reading, or playing music.
