Amazing Accessibility Updates

It’s here!
Our community hub is better and brighter than ever; after years of hard work and many hands, the ramp to our main floor is complete.
No longer will anyone have to transfer our big (slippery) stone step to reach the magic inside. Now, every youth, facilitator, community member, volunteer, and visitor can join us on our main floor for programs, events, and more, with no need to request a ramp in advance.
We are so grateful to the Access’Ability Program for their support in funding our new ramp. We’ve made considerable progress in having a completely accessible main floor, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the Community Access’Ability Program, administered by the Department of Communities, Culture, Tourism and Heritage from the Province of Nova Scotia.
Alongside the ramp, we’ve worked with many consultants to improve our physical and digital space. Thank you to Stephanie Quirke, Caroline Kovesi, Caelin Lloyd for all of our support throughout the years.
We are fully dedicated to ensuring our physical and digital space is accessible for all who choose to visit us, and we welcome your feedback and suggestions.
